Contemporary Egyptian Dance Workshop in Tokyo.
Based on Surya Hilal's work and incorporating my own background in sacred and egyptian dance, this weekend will go back to the basics of walking, turning and breathing. These basic movements form the grounding of all dance. Using integrated movement and bodywork, this style is helps anyone who wants to dance move fluidly, with a strong center and grounding. Using ancient music, this form is the zen of bellydance.

October 27-28th - Mt Fuji.
Mandala Art Therapy Workshop.
Oshino at the base of Fujisan, famous for pure water and hot springs is where we will hold this ever popular workshop. Working with collage and the Mandala principle, we create a Mandala of our lives. Amongst music, dance, art, great food and company we can reflect on and integrate the many aspects of ourselves. A healing and wholeing experience in the wonderful funky temple, Echo-ji with our fabulous hosts, Shozen and Kazuko, both Buddhist priests themselves.
